Reheating effects in the matter power spectrum and implications for substructure
Erickcek, Sigurdson

* Can we see observational evidence of reheating in (presumably halo) substructure?

(from memory)  Reheating can be thought as (matter-dominated [?] or inflaton) vacuum decaying into radiation and DM particles, all of this happening before BBN (which nobody knows anything about at this point).  In such a case, the fluctuation in radiation is suppressed, but in DM, enhanced.  This is all I remember from this abstract, but they might have said something about  being able to detect this DM fluctuation enhancement in the generation of <0.1 M_earth sized black holes.  I could be wrong.

* I read more, but I'm not going to post because I have to finish revising my paper.
